The West Coast of B.C. and of Canada lies on the Pacific Ocean, the highlight include the city of Vancouver, the floral gardens of Victoria, and the rugged breathtaking beauty of Vancouver Island and the interior.

West of here is Quebec with a heritage that is treasured by its people, and what many believe to be North America's most exciting city - Montreal.
Continuing westward into Ontario, this is the heart of Canada, with its beautiful parks and lakes and the giant metropolis of Toronto and the city of Ottawa, Canada's capital.

Divided into three regions in Canada, has 10 provinces. Territories, although very large, has a population of less than around 30 million. Three-quarters of the population lives in the U.S. border. The most populous city is Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver and Ottawa are watching. Proximity to the United States, has led to a cultural interaction. U.S. culture is dominant in the country. In fact, the boundary between the two countries are not protected, facilitates the exchange of culture between the two countries.

 Food prices are generally much lower than those in Western Europe, but are a little higher than those in the USA. If you stay in budget accommodation and eat in cafes, expect to spend around US$45 a day, not including long-distance transport.
